- specific advantages and disadvantages of the arbitrage towards legal proceedings.
- specific advantages and disadvantages of an arbitrage with registered office in Bulgaria in comparison to a foreign arbitrage as well as the institutional arbitration compared to arbitration “ad hoc”.
- opportunities for dispute determination using a mediator or reconciliation (mediation).
2. Preparation of arbitration agreement/ arbitration clause
- choice of arbitrage, registered office and language of the arbitrage
